Inclusions are scoped to your situation at the start of the arrangement. Not every organisation needs the same cadence or coverage.
Agreed to your pace of change
Cadence is agreed based on the pace of change in your digital estate and the level of oversight needed.
Most organisations start quarterly and adjust. Monthly Stewardship is appropriate for organisations in active change programs or with high-sensitivity trust obligations.
What a review cycle produces
Overall posture: stable since last review. Email authentication improved following DMARC policy advancement. Status surface now in place. One new area flagged for next cycle.
New third-party subdomain identified delegated to a vendor platform. DNS delegation is consistent but was not previously in scope. Recommended: add to next review scope and confirm organisational awareness.
Certificate expiry on one secondary subdomain is within 30 days. No automated renewal appears configured. Recommend confirming renewal ownership before expiry.
